Who you are contracting with

growpose, at 418 Broadway Ste R, Albany, NY 12207, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

What we provide

Written career documents and live coaching sessions, as described on the service page you bought from. The scope of each tier is what that page lists. Work outside that scope is a new order.

growpose is not an employment agency and not a recruiter. We do not source candidates, place candidates or charge placement fees.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. We write from what you tell us and cannot verify your employment history.
• Do not ask us to state anything untrue. We will decline, and repeated requests end the engagement.
• Respond within the revision window. It cannot be extended indefinitely because you were busy.
• Attend booked sessions, or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Delivery and revisions

Turnaround times stated on each service page are business days from when we have everything we need from you. Delays in your responses move the delivery date accordingly.

Entry tiers include two rounds of revisions within 14 days of first draft. Professional and Executive tiers include unlimited revisions within 14 days. Revisions mean refining the work delivered, not rewriting it for a different target role after the fact.

The 60-day interview guarantee

On Professional and Executive tiers of resume writing, the Career Launch Kit and executive branding: if you do not receive an interview within 60 days of actively applying with the delivered documents, we will rewrite them at no charge.

To claim, email us within 90 days of delivery showing where you applied over that period. The remedy is a rewrite, not a refund. The guarantee does not promise a job offer and does not apply to entry tiers, LinkedIn-only services, cover letters alone, coaching or employer services.

Ownership

On full payment, the finished documents are yours. You may edit, reuse and adapt them freely. growpose retains no claim over them and will not publish them.

Limits

We do not guarantee employment, interviews beyond the guarantee described above, salary outcomes, or any particular response from any employer. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or immigration advice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Ending an engagement

You may cancel before your first draft is delivered or your first session takes place, for a full refund. We may decline or end an engagement if we are asked to misrepresent facts, if conduct toward our team is abusive, or if we conclude we cannot do useful work for you. In the latter case we refund any undelivered portion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
