Executive Career Branding
At this level, nobody is scanning for keywords
Senior roles are decided on narrative: scope of ownership, P&L impact, teams built and decisions made under pressure. We build the whole set of documents a search committee will actually read.
From $899. Handled discreetly, never published as a case study.

What does executive resume and branding cost?
growpose executive branding costs $899 for Foundation, which covers the executive resume, LinkedIn and leadership bio; $1,499 for Signature, which adds a recruiter-facing narrative, board profile and content plan; and $2,499 for C-Suite, which adds search firm strategy, a media-ready biography and 90 days of advisory support.

You are being read by a committee, not a filter
A director-level search rarely runs through an applicant tracking system in any meaningful way. Instead a search firm builds a longlist and a small group of people, each with different concerns, reads you closely.
- The CEO wants to know what you own and what it cost
- The board wants evidence you have operated at this scale before
- The search consultant wants a candidate they can defend
- Your future peers want to know whether you build or extract
Four surfaces
One narrative, carried across everything they will check

The resume
Scope, scale and P&L on every role, plus a one-page summary for the first conversation.
The leadership bio
Third-person, for panels, speaking, internal announcements and introductions.
The profile
What they find when they look you up before the meeting, and after it.
The board profile
Governance framing for board and advisory conversations. Signature and above.
Executive engagements
Each is a fixed-scope engagement with a senior writer. No retainers, no hourly billing.

On discretion
Most executive clients are exploring while still in post. That shapes how we work.
- We never publish your name, employer or materials as a case study
- Correspondence goes to whichever address you prefer, not your work email
- LinkedIn changes are staged so the update does not broadcast to your network
- We will sign your NDA rather than ask you to sign ours
How an engagement runs
Week 1
The positioning session. Where you have operated, what you owned, and what you are actually going after next.
Week 2
First drafts of the resume and summary. These set the narrative everything else follows.
Week 3
Bio, profile and, on Signature and above, the board profile and recruiter narrative.
Then 14 days
Unlimited revisions. Senior clients usually need two or three passes to get the voice right, and that is expected.
Executive branding questions
How much does an executive resume cost?
At growpose, executive branding starts at $899 for Foundation, $1,499 for Signature and $2,499 for C-Suite. These are fixed-scope engagements rather than hourly work.
Why does this cost more than the executive resume tier?
The $549 Executive tier under resume writing produces one document. This produces the full set a search committee reads: resume, summary, bio, profile and, higher up, a board profile and recruiter narrative, all carrying one narrative.
Will my current employer find out?
Not through us. We never publish client names or materials, we correspond to whichever address you choose, and LinkedIn changes are staged so the update does not broadcast to your network.
Can you introduce me to search firms?
No. We are not a recruiter and we do not place candidates. C-Suite includes strategy on which firms to approach and how, but the approach is yours to make.
How long does it take?
First drafts in 7 to 10 business days for Foundation, 10 to 14 for Signature and 14 to 21 for C-Suite, then a 14-day revision window.
Do you work with candidates outside the United States?
Yes. Everything runs remotely. We will say upfront if we do not know a particular market well enough to advise on it properly.

Tell us where you are and what you are considering. Nothing is published, nothing is shared, and we will tell you honestly if a lower tier would do the job.
