What results does growpose report?
growpose reports two figures: more than 998 clients served since launch, and 88% of clients reaching interview stage. Professional and Executive tiers also carry a 60-day interview guarantee, under which we rewrite your documents free if you do not land an interview within 60 days of actively applying.
Methodology
What we count, and where the count stops
A client
Someone who paid for and received a completed service. Free reviews are not counted.
An interview
A scheduled conversation with an employer about a specific role. Recruiter screening calls count.
Self-reported
Clients tell us. We cannot verify what happens inside another company’s hiring process, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Not offers
We measure to interview stage, not to hire. What happens in the room is yours, and depends on far more than a document.
The 60-day interview guarantee
If you do not land an interview within 60 days of actively applying with your new documents, we rewrite them free. No argument, no evidence pack required beyond showing us where you applied.

What the work actually changes
The clearest evidence we can show without naming a client is the documents themselves. Same career, same dates, same person. What changed is that the achievements were drawn out in conversation and put where a reader will see them.

Questions about our results
Where does the 88% figure come from?
It is our own internal figure, based on clients reporting back that they reached interview stage. It is self-reported rather than independently audited, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Why do you not show client testimonials?
Because we will not publish invented ones, and much of our work, particularly at executive level, is confidential by agreement. Any client outcomes published here will be real, attributed with permission, and dated.
Do you guarantee I will get a job?
No. Nobody honestly can. Hiring depends on your market, your timing, your interview performance and decisions made by people we do not control. We guarantee interview stage on eligible tiers, and we rewrite free if we miss it.
What if the guarantee applies to me?
Email us with where you applied over the 60 days. We rewrite your documents free. We are not looking for reasons to refuse, but we do need to see that you were actively applying.
Do results vary by service?
Yes, considerably. Document services affect whether you get read. Coaching affects what you go after. Interview preparation affects what happens in the room. They are not interchangeable, and we will tell you which one your situation calls for.
