Refund Policy

The short version

You can have a full refund any time before work is delivered. Once a draft has been delivered or a session has taken place, we fix the work rather than refund it. That is the whole policy.

Written services

• Full refund any time before your first draft is delivered, for any reason, without explanation.
• After first draft we revise rather than refund. Entry tiers include two rounds within 14 days; Professional and Executive include unlimited revisions within 14 days.
• If we cannot get it right after genuine revision attempts, contact us. We would rather refund than have you pay for something you will not use.

Live sessions

• Full refund if you cancel before your first session takes place.
• Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before a session. Inside 24 hours the session is counted as used.
• Multi-session programs can be stopped part way. We refund the sessions not yet taken, charged at the single-session rate for those already delivered.

Digital toolkits

The Job Search Support Toolkit carries a 14-day refund window from purchase. If you have upgraded to a managed program, the toolkit price is credited against it rather than refunded.

Employer services

Job description packs follow the written services policy. Screening support and employer brand engagements are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase provided the work has not started.

The interview guarantee is not a refund

Worth stating clearly because it is often confused. If you do not land an interview within 60 days of actively applying, on eligible tiers, the remedy is that we rewrite your documents free. It is not a return of your money, and it does not guarantee a job offer.

How to request a refund

Email contact@growpose.com with your order number. You do not need to justify the request if you are within the pre-delivery window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email us first. We would rather resolve it directly than through your card issuer, and in practice we almost always can.
