What we collect

• Career documents you send us: resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile content and related material.
• Order information when you buy: what you bought, when, and the billing details required to process it.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, used for security and spam prevention.

We do not collect special category data, and you should not send us any. Nothing on this site asks for your government ID, health information or financial account details beyond what payment processing requires.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. growpose does not receive or store your full card number. The provider handles that data under its own privacy terms and security standards.

How we use it

Only to do the work you asked for and to communicate with you about it. Specifically: writing your documents, running your sessions, processing your order, replying to your messages, and keeping records required for accounting and tax.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with employers or recruiters. We do not add you to a marketing list from any form on this site.

How long we keep it

• Free review submissions are deleted after the review is written.
• Client documents are kept for 12 months after delivery so we can help with follow-up work, then deleted on request or at that point.
• Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your documents at any time and we will do so, subject only to records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@growpose.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honour those requests.

Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to work, including keeping your shopping cart and your login session. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
