Three stages, and you are involved in all of them
Nothing is drafted before we talk. Nothing is finished until you say it sounds like you.
How does the growpose process work?
You send your current documents and the roles you are targeting, your writer runs a strategy call on Professional tiers and above, and a first draft arrives in 2 to 21 business days depending on the service. You then have a revision window of 14 days: two rounds on entry tiers and unlimited on Professional and above.
For written services
Resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, executive branding and the Career Launch Kit all run this way.
1. You send what you have
Your current documents plus two or three postings you would actually apply to. If you have nothing written yet, a short questionnaire covers it.
2. You talk to your writer
On Professional tiers and above, a live call. Most of it is us asking what you actually did and finding the numbers you left out.
3. You review and revise
The draft arrives, you read it, and you send back anything that does not sound like you. We keep going until it does.
For live sessions
Interview preparation, career coaching and the managed job search programs run differently, because the work happens in conversation rather than on a page.

Full refund any time before your first draft is delivered. After delivery we revise rather than refund.

No interview within 60 days of actively applying? We rewrite free. Professional and Executive tiers only.
Process questions
How long does everything take?
Cover letters 2 to 4 business days, resumes 3 to 7, LinkedIn 3 to 7, the Career Launch Kit 5 to 10, and executive branding 7 to 21 depending on tier. Live sessions are scheduled within 3 to 5 business days.
Do I have to do a call?
On Professional tiers and above it is included and strongly recommended, because it is where the achievements come out. If you would rather not, we can work from a written brief instead.
What if the first draft is not right?
Say so plainly. That is what the revision window is for, and a first draft that needs work is normal rather than a failure. Professional and above include unlimited revisions for 14 days.
Can I rush an order?
Sometimes. Tell us the deadline before you buy and we will say honestly whether we can hit it rather than take the money and hope.
Who owns the finished documents?
You do, entirely. They are yours to edit, reuse and adapt however you like.
