Pricing and buying
How much does growpose cost?
Services start at $89 for a single cover letter and run to $2,499 for C-Suite executive branding. Resume writing is $189 to $549, LinkedIn optimization $179 to $499, interview preparation $149 to $699 and career coaching $175 to $1,149. Every service page carries its own three tiers.
Is it a subscription?
No. Everything is a one-off payment for a defined piece of work. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.
Do I need to speak to someone before buying?
No. Order directly from any service page. Contact us only if you are unsure which tier fits or your situation is unusual.
Will there be an upsell call?
No. The calls included in your tier are working sessions about your career, not sales conversations.
Do you offer discounts or bundles?
The Career Launch Kit costs less than buying a resume, LinkedIn rewrite and cover letters separately, and multi-session coaching and interview programs cost less per session. Beyond that, no.
Delivery and turnaround
How long will my order take?
Cover letters 2 to 4 business days, resumes 3 to 7, LinkedIn 3 to 7, the Career Launch Kit 5 to 10, executive branding 7 to 21. Live sessions are scheduled within 3 business days for interviews and 5 for coaching.
What formats do I receive?
Written documents come in Word and PDF, and resumes also come as plain text for application forms that strip formatting. LinkedIn work comes as a copy-and-paste document with placement instructions.
Can you work to a deadline?
Tell us the deadline before you buy. We will say honestly whether we can hit it rather than take the money and hope. Rush slots exist but are limited.
Who owns the finished work?
You do, entirely. Edit, reuse and adapt it however you like.
Revisions, refunds and the guarantee
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds within 14 days on entry tiers, and unlimited within 14 days on Professional and Executive tiers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, any time before your first draft is delivered. After delivery we revise until it is right rather than refund. Coaching and interview sessions are refundable before your first session takes place.
What exactly does the interview guarantee cover?
If you do not land an interview within 60 days of actively applying with your new documents, we rewrite them free. It applies to Professional and Executive tiers of resume writing, the Career Launch Kit and executive branding. It is a rewrite, not a refund, and it does not guarantee a job offer.
Do you guarantee I will get a job?
No, and nobody honestly can. Hiring depends on your market, your timing, your interview performance and decisions made by people we do not control.
How we work
Is my work written by a human or by AI?
By a human writer, assigned to you, who you can reply to directly. Professional tiers and above start with a live strategy call before anything is drafted. We use software tools like any modern writing business, but we do not generate your documents and present that as human work.
Do you work with clients outside New York?
Yes. growpose is based in Albany, New York and works across the NYC and Albany markets, and remotely with clients across the United States and internationally.
Will you tell me if I do not need your services?
Yes, and it happens regularly. If your documents are already doing their job, or if your constraint is experience rather than presentation, we say so.
You work with candidates and employers. Is that a conflict?
We handle it by separation. growpose candidates are never put forward to growpose employer clients, and candidate information is not shared with the employer side of the business.
Privacy and your documents
What happens to the resume I send you?
It is used to do your work and nothing else. It is never sold, never shared with employers and never published. Free review submissions are deleted after the review is written.
Do you need my LinkedIn password?
No, and you should never give it to anyone. LinkedIn work is delivered as a document you paste in yourself, which takes about fifteen minutes.
Will my employer find out I am looking?
Not through us. We never publish client names or materials, we correspond only to the address you nominate, and LinkedIn changes are staged so updates do not broadcast to your network.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
Not from any form on this site. If we ever run a newsletter it will be a separate opt-in you choose deliberately.
For employers
Are you a recruitment agency?
No. We do not source or place candidates and we charge no percentage of salary. Hiring support is a fixed fee for defined work.
What does hiring support cost?
$249 for three job descriptions with screening questions, $749 for a month of screening support across up to three roles, and $1,499 for the full employer brand package.
Do you interview candidates for us?
We screen resumes against your criteria and build a shortlist with written reasoning, then hand your team scorecards and question sets. Your team runs the interviews, because they are the ones who will work with the hire.
