Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

growpose aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We are a career service, so people arriving here are often under pressure and sometimes using assistive technology. Making that harder than it needs to be is not acceptable.

What we have built in

• Text and background colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios, including changing accent colours where gold did not pass on light backgrounds.
• Every image carries descriptive alternative text written for the content, not the filename.
• One H1 per page and a logical heading order, so screen reader navigation works.
• Full keyboard operation, with visible focus outlines on every link, button and form field.
• The mobile menu traps focus while open and closes on Escape.
• All motion is disabled when your device requests reduced motion, including if you change that setting mid-visit.
• Form fields have real labels, not placeholder text pretending to be labels.
• Text reflows and remains readable when zoomed or on small screens.

Where we know we fall short

This site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist or tested with a full range of assistive technologies. Our checks so far have been internal. We would rather say that than claim a level of conformance we have not verified.

Third-party components, including the checkout, are not fully under our control. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will help you complete your order another way.

We will not make you fight for this. If the website is the barrier, we will take your order or run your service by email or phone instead, at the same price.
