Why we exist
The industry got worse, and that is the opening
The complaints against the largest resume services in 2026 cluster on one thing. People pay for an expert writer and receive generic output that reads like a template, produced fast and at scale.
We are not against the technology. We use tools like anyone else. What we will not do is sell you a human writer and hand you machine output, or write about your career without first asking you about it.

From first graduate role to C-suite. Most of our work is with people three to fifteen years in whose experience is stronger than their documents.

Directors and above, usually exploring while still in post, which is why that work is handled confidentially and never published.
Employers
Small teams hiring without a recruiter. We charge fixed fees and take no percentage of salary, so we have no stake in who you hire.
Where we are
Our office is at 418 Broadway Ste R, Albany, NY 12207. We work across the New York City market in finance, healthcare, technology, media and the public sector, and across the Albany government and nonprofit market.
Being in New York matters for a specific reason: it means real knowledge of local titles, salary bands and the recruiters actually screening candidates here. Everything is delivered remotely, and we work with clients across the United States and internationally.

Who actually writes my documents?
A human writer, assigned to you, who you can reply to directly throughout. On Professional tiers and above the work starts with a live strategy call before anything is drafted.
Do you use AI at all?
We use software tools the way any modern writing business does. What we do not do is generate your documents and present that as human work, which is the practice driving most complaints against the large services.

Is growpose part of a larger company?
Yes. growpose is part of Marive Group.
You work with both candidates and employers. Is that a conflict?
A fair question, and we handle it by separation. We never put growpose candidates forward to growpose employer clients, and candidate information is not shared with the employer side of the business.
Why is there no client case study section?
Because we will not publish invented ones, and a great deal of our work, particularly at executive level, is confidential by agreement. Where we do publish client outcomes they will be real, attributed with permission, and dated.
